From Las Brozas, La Jara and Lebratinos vineyards over 50 years old on sandy loam soils. Each plot is harvested separately in the second half of September for quick transfer to the winery. Aged in Bordeaux French oak barrels for at least 9 months and rounded off in the bottle for 10 months.

Vineyard : in glass planting frame 3x3 in dry land. Cultivation : ecological. Soils : very poor sandy loam. Low yield over 4,000 kgs per hectare.
Manual collection in boxes of 20 kilos. Strict table selection .
Cold maceration for 5 days. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 25ºC. Malolactic fermentation in tank. Aged in 225-litre French oak Bordeaux barrels for 9 months. Aging in the bottle for a minimum of 6 months before going on the market. cold stabilization . Light filtration through cellulose plates.

This wine comes from Pago de Marinacea, a hundred-year-old vineyard, sandy and with pebbles. Manual harvest and subsequent artisan selection of the grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel at 25ºC and malolactic in barrels. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels with subsequent refining in the bottle.

Coming from our vines planted in 1945, this Pago de Marinacea reserve wine treasures the essence of the Tinta de Toro grape, harvested and picked by hand. The wine evolves during 18 months in French oak barrels to offer all its full potential in aroma and taste.

Maceration at low temperature for 5 days. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 27 oc. Malolact fermentation 225 litre french oak barrels. ageing for at Least 18 months in barrels of french oak. Stabilization at low temperature. Filtration through cellulose plates prior to bottling. Bottel ageing minimun for 18 months.
