Oak
From the Las Brozas, La Jara and Lebratinos vineyards. Vineyards over 50 years old on sandy soils. Each plot is harvested separately in the second half of September for quick transfer to the winery. Has mouthfeel is fresh and good acidity, slightly bitter and warm after the drink, fruit reappearing in the finish.

This wine comes from Pago de Marinacea, a centenary vineyard, sandy and with boulders. Manual harvest and subsequent artisanal selection of the grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel at 25ºC and malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels with subsequent refinement in the bottle.

Spontaneous fermentation with its native yeasts at a controlled temperature of 25º C and malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels begin a careful and meticulous process that continues with its permanence for 24 months on its lees and refining in the bottle for 3 years to provide it with an extraordinary balance.
